Tim is a Servant Leader who believes in inspiring his team to realize their potential and utilize their talent for the benefits of our customers. With more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, and over 18 years involved in the ServiceNow ecosystem, his leadership approach enables AltiaTek to focus on customer success.
Jose Vallejo
Finance Director
A professional with 10+ years of experience in different leading roles in Finance & Administration, in different industries and countries. Jose is passionate about Technology, Process Automation, Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement. His focus has been on building a culture of cost awareness and appropriate management of the company resources. As the Finance Director of Altiatek, Jose plays a true Business Partner role with the customers and the management team, to provide them with quick and effective financial services.

An experienced Service Management professional with 20+ years’ experience in IT, Logistics and Service Management industries. With over 6 years’ experience in implementing ServiceNow with multiple of customers in different industries, Arjan focuses on customer success and delivering our services to their full satisfaction.

Luis has 18+ years of experience in IT within different industries, in areas related to software development, tech support, data engineering, projects and managing IT teams. As Director of Operations, he manages the Center of Excellence and the SkillNOW educational center, where our teams consolidate on knowledge, platform architecture, support, service delivery and innovation for our customers. The Center of Excellence is the beating heart of the AltiaTek operations.
